1.5 Online Booking and Order Acceptance
Customers may select jewellery on our website, choose a preferred Hira Panna branch for collection and complete the online payment process.
A booking request or automated acknowledgement does not, by itself, guarantee that the order has been accepted or that the jewellery is ready for collection.
Orders are subject to payment confirmation, product availability, verification and acceptance by Hira Panna Jewellers Pvt. Ltd.
If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, we will inform the customer and process any eligible refund in accordance with our Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.
1.6 Online Payment
Full online payment is required before jewellery can be collected.
Customers must complete payment using the payment methods made available through our website. An order will proceed to fulfilment only after the payment has been successfully confirmed and the order has been accepted.
Customers should:
Verify the product details and total amount before payment.
Use only the official payment facilities presented on our website.
Retain the payment confirmation and order reference.
Never disclose their payment PIN, OTP, password or other confidential authentication credentials to our staff.
If an amount is debited but the order or payment status is unclear, customers should contact our support team with the relevant transaction reference.

1.7 No Home Delivery or Courier Shipping
Hira Panna Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. currently does not offer home delivery, courier delivery or postal shipping for jewellery booked through its website.
All website orders are intended for collection from a selected Hira Panna retail branch.
Customers must not place an order with the expectation that the jewellery will be delivered to a residential or business address.

1.8 Branch Selection and Change of Collection Branch
Customers may select their preferred Hira Panna branch from the available options when placing an order.
If a customer wishes to change the collection branch after booking, they must contact customer support. The request will be subject to approval, product availability and the operational arrangements required to make the jewellery available at the requested branch.
A branch change is not effective until Hira Panna confirms approval.
Customers should collect their order only from the branch confirmed by Hira Panna.
1.9 Collection and Verification
Customers will be notified when their order is confirmed and, where applicable, ready for collection.
At the time of collection, customers may be required to provide:
Order or booking reference.
Registered mobile number or other booking verification details.
Valid identity proof where reasonably necessary for verification or legal compliance.
Any additional information reasonably required to complete the handover.
Jewellery will be handed over only after successful payment confirmation and completion of applicable verification requirements.
Customers are encouraged to inspect the jewellery and verify the product details at collection. This does not limit their rights under our Return Policy or applicable law.
1.10 Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Cancellation requests, returns and refunds will be governed by our Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Where Hira Panna cannot fulfil a confirmed and paid order, the customer will be informed and any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable policy and law.
1.11 Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, brand names, text, graphics, product photographs, designs and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Hira Panna Jewellers Pvt. Ltd., unless otherwise stated.
